QiGong with Robin - QiGong 6 week option
QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice that uses coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. It is a Chinese based yoga. It's name combines "qi" (pronounced chi) meaning life force or engery, and "gong" meaning cultivation or skill. QiGong aims to harmonize and enhance the flow of qi throughout the body, promoting health, vitality & inner peace. Our instructor Robin modernizes this ancient practice with her uplifting spirit and fun music play lists she creates along with the practice. This practice is sure to give you an energy & mood boost while also being a great work out.
