Fee Schedule
Rentals must be submitted with proper field request forms, certificate of insurance and coaching information. 
Local recognized community youth athletic organizations (Legion, Tristate, AAU and all other baseball/softball/ soccer/football associations non-town recreation ran, and town school K-12 district are required to pay a usage fee.

Application fee is $50 non-refundable and goes towards the final payment. All other fees vary depending on usage, lights, and the amount of games being requested, along with practices. An invoice will be processed indicating a due date for the rental fee.

Camp and Clinic/ Tournament Rentals: Organizations and businesses wishing to host a camp, clinic or tournament in Winchester may reserve space for a rental fee of $150.00 per day. The fee is due upon booking, with a copy of certificate of insurance and field usage form filled out.
