QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice that uses coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. It is a Chinese based yoga. It's name combines "qi" (pronounced chi) meaning life force or engery, and "gong" meaning cultivation or skill. QiGong aims to harmonize and enhance the flow of qi throughout the body, promoting health, vitality & inner peace.
