McEnroe Fitness
This program will focus on teaching proper from and technique of exercise movements and cover resistance training and metabolic conditioning. 

class runs either 6am or 530pm participants can attend either morning or afternoon.  Class time is approx 50min long. 

NO GYM MEMBERSHIP NEEDED
